We did not come to agentic artificial intelligence out of novelty, but from the same place we have come to everything else: systems that have to work, be auditable and withstand an inspection.
AI agents have entered organisations through the back door, with no inventory, no traceability and nobody answering for what they do. It is exactly the kind of problem we have been solving since 2011 in mission-critical work, only with a new technology and a European regulation on top of it. That is why most of our innovation today is here.
